Cancellation Policy

Welcome! Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and harmonious experience when booking your appointment: Appointment Confirmation ~ Once your booking is made, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the details of your appointment (subject to change). Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, fees or forfeiture may apply. Punctuality: Kindly arrive ON TIME for your scheduled session early arrivals can interrupt my preparation. If you are running late, please inform Tee as soon as possible. Late arrivals can result in a shortened session to respect the following appointments. Energy Consideration: If your appointment coincides with another commitment or if my energy is not at it's best to serve you fully, I may contact you to reschedule. This ensures that you receive the highest level of care and attention. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to fully secure your appointment. Please make sure your booking is paid for before attending your session. Cash payments maybe made on the day if you are wishing to pay by cash. Courses ~ Once a course is purchased there are no refunds and no hardcopies of the course are provided to due to copyright. At times Tee may use session details anonymously for awareness purposes as it allows me to assist others in awakening. Please advise beforehand if you do not want this to occur and your session details will be kept private. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
